- ADP Collaboration Portal
When a large Payroll Services organization wanted to build a state of the art collaboration platform for its 45,000 North American associates they turned to Streebo. Blending a solution that consisted of various IBM software around social and collaboration space, Streebo built a Rich User Interface bringing disparate systems together on the WebSphere Portal platform that gave the associates a unified & enhanced web experience. Unlike a conventional Portal implementation engagement, our client simply placed an order for a custom solution. Streebo “manufactured” the portal solution that consisted of portlets that integrated social experience, content management, document management and search capabilities on the portal. All portlets/widgets were developed using IBM provided Factory automation parts, thus ensuring standard compliant (JSR 168/286) & scalable code artifacts. Streebo provided design, manufacturing, installation and knowledge transfer around the entire Portal solution.
Streebo also conducted on-site knowledge transfer when the automated solution was shipped and installed. As part of the “Package Harmony”, 4 members of the client team were offered 2 days in an Experiential learning environment around the factory technology at the Streebo Academy for Software Automation. Beyond the training exercise, mentoring modules and knowledge transfer sessions, the customer resources successfully took over the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the scalable and flexible solution.
