Usman Memon - Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Usman Memon is the co-founder and Managing Partner at Streebo. Prior to starting Streebo, Usman was part of the start-up team at Bowstreet. A pioneer in Software Automation, Bowstreet with its patented flagship product "Factory" was acquired by IBM in 2005. Post-acquisition, Usman held leadership positions within the Sales & Services organization at IBM and continued to focus on growing the Bowstreet portfolio within the IBM product & customer base.

Usman advises his customers on IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. He is an oft-requested technical speaker at seminars and conferences, co-author of a book (Programming Portlets, IBM Press) and has contributed to several articles and white papers related to Portal, Software Automation and Service-Oriented Architecture.

Usman holds a Bachelors in Engineering from NIT, Trichy and Masters in Mathematics from Ohio University. He is an avid squash player and enjoys reading in his spare time. He lives with his wife and daughter in Pearland, Texas.

Mohammad Ovais - Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Mohammad is a Managing Partner at Streebo and leads the BI Practice. Mohammad has architected a number of BI Solutions for Fortune 1000 customers including Procter and Gamble, British Petroleum, Johnson & Johnson and continues to push the edge on the BI envelope. With experience in setting up successful BI programs from end to end at many customers, Mohammad skills are always in demand. Mohammad has built a high caliber BI team at Streebo that contiues to deliver results and successes at Streebo customer.

Before joining Streebo, Mohammad held the position of Principal consultant with Kalido, Inc. Before his time at Kalido, Mohammad held various positions including Portal Architect while working independently with IBM, and Technical Lead at Bowstreet. Mohammad has a number of specialties including BI Business Intelligence, data modeling, data warehousing, project management, portal development and J2EE architecture.

Mohammad has a Bachelor in Computer Science from Rice University in Houston. He plays competitive cricket with the Houston Cricket League and lives in Sugar Land with his wife and two daughters.

Vijay Thirumalai - Managing Partner

Vijay is a Managing Partner at Streebo and oversees both the Portal & BI practices. Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience as a technologist and an outstanding track record with enterprise technology start-ups in guiding them from concept to continued growth.

Most recently as founder of Teja, Sefaira and as advisor to start ups, Vijay worked on various aspects of innovation and strategy for enterprise, cloud, mobile and social startups. Previously, Vijay held leadership positions in Strategy & Business Development at VeriWave, Tropos and Motorola (Terayon Communications) driving sales & technology adoption with leading enterprises around the world.

Vijay is also passionate about renewable technology and advocates for environmental action through entrepreneurship. He is an outdoor adventure enthusiast and enjoys motorcycle travels. He has lived/worked in Asia, Europe and the U.S and is currently based out of San Francisco.

Vijay has a Bachelors in Engineering from NIT, Surathkal, Masters in Comp Science from Ohio University and a MBA from INSEAD
