Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Manage competing resources and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects successfully from initiation to closure.
• Experience managing customer experience end-to-end with IT services companies delivering projects for US-based large enterprises or multinational organizations.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience with risk management, change management, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to run daily stand-ups, manage multiple projects and priorities, and balance resources across concurrent projects.
• Solid understanding of technologies associated with digital projects such as mobile and web apps.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
