Position: Senior Marketing Designer / Creative Designer

Experience: 6–7 years

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and versatile Marketing Designer to lead the design and visual communication efforts for our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, motion graphics, and video production, with the ability to create compelling visual experiences across multiple channels. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and enhance creativity

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Preferred graduates from reputed institutions such as CN College of Fine Arts or other well-recognized design schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing assets for digital, print, web, social media, email campaigns, events, presentations, and sales enablement.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with brand strategy.
• Create brochures, whitepapers, case studies, product collateral, banners, infographics, and corporate presentations.
• Produce promotional videos, product demos, customer stories, social media reels, shorts, and animated marketing content.
• Design motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and visual effects for digital campaigns. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual communication.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Stay current with design trends, AI-powered creative technologies, and best practices.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage.
• Photography, photo editing, or illustration skills are a plus.
• Exposure to 3D design tools (Blender/Cinema 4D) is desirable
