Job qualifications:
• Excellent organisation and planning
• Excellent English Language skills (both written and spoken)
• Ability to run daily stand ups, manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to balance resources across concurrent projects.
• Experience with risk management
• Experience of change management
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Solid understanding of technologies associated with digital projects e.g. Mobile / Web Apps.
• Ability to communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working on both big and small projects from scratch to tight deadlines
• Evidence of ability to manage teams and understand dependencies between work streams
• 5+ years of experience as a PM in a similar role, good knowledge of Waterfall & Agile
• An understanding of Jira and similar tool
• Understanding of the software product market dynamics and software development processes.
• Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management & strong analytical ability.
• Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per project requirements.

Requirements:
• A qualified candidate will have strong frontend technologies, Java/J2EE and Portal experience or similar.
