Streebo-IBM Partnership
There are two models available:
- Capex : Customer can buy through Capex model, we offer this to inbound inquiries.
- Opex : We have an Opex model and we offer this to target identified in outbound campaigns.
- In this financial arrangement the entire Bot solution is available to the customer for buying at one-go, at a set upfront cost. IT teams typically goes for the buy offer. Also, customers who are super sure of their AI need and solution and have a budget set aside for it usually go for this offer.

- In the opex financial model, the entire BOT solution is available AS A SERVICE. With no upfront cost, zero dollar set up and a small monthly subscription fee. This removes the risk from the buyer’s mind as the customer just pays a monthly fee based on the usage. LOB typically goes for this offer.Also customers who are wary of their AI investments usually pick this offer.

- App modernization with AI will give the customers Voice and Chat interface. It will cost them 100K for a pilot in capex model. 75% of $100K goes to IBM in software and services margins and 25% comes to Streebo who will deliver the complete pre-trained bot integrated with customer’s backends.
- We are licensed reseller of IBM software in India and US, so we expect to frontend the deal in these regions. However, for software sell, if there is abusiness partner, we can have an arrangement of 50-50 split of the reseller margins as well as CVR. For services, we can have IBM Lab Services or GBS front end the deal and have us as sub-contractors.
- For other regions, we usually sell the license via a local BP, IBM Lab Services or GBS. For implementation/services, one these entities or Streebo can front end the deal depending on customer’s choice or the deal arrangement.
- We have repurposed an old IBM tool, FEB (Form Experience Builder) which was a low code, no code tool to build forms. Hence the entire front-end development happens via a mere drag and drop and back-end integrations via simple point and clicks in FEB. The tool also has two other interfaces, one for access control named the “Governance Platform”which uses IBM Portal, an old IBM tooland the second one for natural language understanding (intent mapping) called the “NLP Interface” which is essentially Watson Assistant, the leading NLP engine of IBM. DXA which is Streebo’s IP, simply stitches all these 3 interfaces together and churns out standard code which is in accordance with the industry standard frameworks such as Ionic, Angular, JS, Cordova.
- We use automation approach which doesn’t require us to write code for eachand everycomponentof the solution and hence saves us a lot of time in the development cycle. We use low code no code tooling that allows us to feed intelligence to the Bot very fast. We also have pre-defined/written bots for lot of industry and domain specific solution such as Banking, Insurance, Retail and more which helps us further with the re-usability of the code. These two strategies cut the development time and hence the development cost by almost 50%!
- We are headquartered in Houston, TX and have a team in North Americas as well as an office in Asia Pacific region, India, Ahmedabad. However, we provide worldwide coverage for all the pre-sales activities. So, if you need feet on the ground for any POCs, demos, trainings or presentations, Streebo would be able to provide necessary support and coverage. We also have an extensive catalog of pre-built bot solutions for all industries and domains that the team can leverage during sales POCs or demos.
- We have plethora of pre-trained bots available for every industry, every domain, every role, every function and every employee of the organization. Our demoenvironment is a showroom of all these assets which the IBM team can leverage at the time of sales or evendelivery/implementation at times.
- Our tooling is simple to understand and uses drag and drop and a point and click interface and hence “assembles” the entire bot solution very fast. It cuts the sales, POC development time inhalf.
- There are 2 kinds of training available for the customer – Generic as well as Custom. The generic training is not specific to customer’s organization or use cases. It trains the audience on AI and Streebo’s Pre-Trained Bot powered by IBM Technology. The custom training is specific to customer’s organization and use cases. The TOC of the training is listed in the deck. We also have training vouchers that you can avail to further customer’s understanding of the technology/toolingandalso use it as a lead progression strategy/step.
- Yes, you can have your team develop the entire bot solution using our tooling, the Pre-Trained Bot. You can simply lease the tool from us at a monthly subscription fee or buy a licensed copy for your use.
- It typically covers both FAQ as well as transactional BOT services and covers up to 50 FAQs and 4 transactionswith 1 backend and 10,000 conversations.
- Our Bot solutions use a series of IBM Cloud Products, we can assemble the Bot using IBM Cloud Paks andalso enable the customer’s IT team for ongoing support and maintenance (if requested by customer).
- Our investors are funding the development of our IP, Streebo DXA. Our DXA tooling cuts the development cost and time in HALF. So it is very easy for us to take on Bot engagements and deliver them faster than any other company in the market. These two factors affect and drive our pricing/cost.
- We are strong and loyal IBM partners and will lead with the products of the sales brand we are working with. We don’t offer this solution on open source.
- We are established separately in India and US, Streebo Solutions Pvt. Ltd in India and Streebo Inc in the US. In India, our VAD is TechData and in the US it’s Arrow.

- We help service leads coming from our Channel which includes IBM, so if you get bot inquiries bring them to us, you have digital transformation RFPs lets respond together.
- We also work with the sales team to generate demand. We have pre-built campaigns and do a lot of OI work in conjunction with IBM Sales, CTPs & DDRs.
- We have worked in the above countries in the past to deliver services engagement and have customer success stories for each. These are all big enterprise clients and we worked with local Business Partners and IBM Lab Services/GBS teams to provide coverage in these regions.

If you give us a list of accounts with contact names in IT and LOB, we can in turn give you collaterals that we can share with the prospect. 3 darts are taken by IBM and 3 shots are taken by Streebo using the 6 points multi-touch campaign we jointly create demand in your patch.

- ½ day to provide training on how to build a Conversational Interface/Bot
- Fifth, Build and showcase a custom demo to the customer based on the specific use case identified
